You will mentor staff, oversee store operations and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance wellbeing and loyalty.
You’ll manage KPIs, budgets and payroll while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. A police clearance is preferred, with S2/S3 or pharmacy experience considered a bonus.
