Arrowtech Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manufacturing Fitter with working rightsto join our team on a casual basis at our Penrith site. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations. Please no overseas applicates and no agencies.

What you'll be doing

- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve problems
- Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and modifications as required
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- Relevant trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner or Machinist.




- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and practices
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
