- Manage client relationships and service contracts.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate maintenance, defect rectification and minor works.
- Prepare quotations, manage projects and support AFSS requirements.
- Ensure service delivery meets relevant standards and compliance requirements.
About You
Experience in account management, service delivery or business development. Background in fire services, electrical, facilities management or a related industry. Strong communication, commercial and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify opportunities and deliver positive client outcomes. Full time position based in Sydney, with occasional travel required.
