Key responsibilities

- Qualified Teacher holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent teaching degree.
- Registered teacher with current state teaching registration and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Passionate qualified with a deep understanding of early childhood development and contemporary frameworks.
- Excellent communicator who can connect naturally with young children, parents, and colleagues.

and enthusiastic teacher who loves seeing young minds grow. You bring a wealth of knowledge to the team and meet the following criteria:

- Your Qualifications & Compliance: You hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, current VIT registration, and a valid Working with Children Check.
- Your Experience: You have a minimum of 3–5 years of early childhood teaching experience, focused exclusively on kindergarten.
- Your Expertise: You possess a sound, practical understanding of School Readiness Funding (SRF) to help maximize our impact.
- Your Connection: You naturally build positive, collaborative relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators.
- Maintains highly organized, up-to-date planning and documentation to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Utilise the Insight Assessment Platform to write and manage accurate, high-quality transition statements for children moving to school.
