Gema Group in Sydney is seeking casual chefs to join the Royal North Shore Hospital BOH team. You’ll work with experienced chefs delivering fresh, quality food for grab-and-go and quick-service outlets in a busy hospital setting.

Responsibilities include preparing dishes, adhering to food safety, coordinating with front-of-house, managing stock, and keeping the kitchen clean. Requires 1–2 years’ experience and a Commercial Cookery Cert III with current Food Safety Cert.
