We're hiring aFull Time Assistant Venue Leader to be at the heart of the action leading the team at Yo-ChiEastland. Impress with our renowned guest experience and share the CHI with heart in what we do.

What you'll be doing:

- Support the Venue General Manager in the day to day running of one of Yo-Chi’s most exciting Melbourne venues.
- Help drive sales, labour and COGS performance through efficient venue operations.
- Lead every shift with energy, creating an exceptional experience for both guests and your team.
- Coach, train and develop team members to build confidence, capability and future leaders.
- Ensure Yo-Chi’s product, service and cleanliness standards are consistently delivered.
- Oversee key operational tasks including stock management, ordering, cash handling, rostering and administrative duties.
- Maintain the highest food safety, workplace health and safety and compliance standards.
- Keep the venue running smoothly during busy services, solving problems and leading from the front.
- Foster a positive, high performing culture where accountability, teamwork and great energy thrive.

About you:





- You have 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Experience working towards operational KPI's
- You’re a natural people person who enjoys building strong teams.
- You lead with positivity, accountability and a hands on approach.
- You stay calm under pressure and know how to keep a team motivated during busy services.
- You’re available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages feel equally welcome.

The intention was to inspire creativity, encouraging customers to handcraft their own bespoke piece of unimaginable deliciousness.

Yo-Chi kick started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of its first venue in Balaclava in September 2012.

Today, we’re preparing to open venues all over the country.
