ReadyTech is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to build our discovery practice from the ground up. This hands-on role combines research with coaching, influencing platform-level initiatives and squad-level work to ensure problems are validated and prioritised with evidence.
The role requires entrepreneurial mindset, experience with product management, engineering and design, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate insights. Hybrid work is available across Melbourne, Sydney, or Hamilton NZ.
