Join the Barminco team as a Boilermaker in our Hazelmere workshop.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality fabrication, welding, and maintenance services across our fleet of underground mining equipment.

Roster: 5:2 Monday to Friday

What will your day to day look like?

- Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on underground mining equipment and infrastructure
- Inspect, maintain, and repair buckets, booms, trays, guards, and other critical components
- Conduct crack testing, gouging, and rebuilds to OEM and site standards
- Complete pre-start checks and ensure equipment is protected and compliant for operation
- Accurately record maintenance activities and report defects or hazards
- Work closely with maintenance teams and supervisors to minimise equipment downtime

Our ideal candidate background includes

- Previous experience working as a Boilermaker (mining experience highly regarded)
- Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG, Stick, Flux Core experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including,



but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
