Chateraise Lakelands Golf Club Pty Ltd – Merrimac QLD

Lakelands Golf Club, Australia's first Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, is seeking a friendly and organised Membership Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and prospective members. You'll process applications, renewals and payments, keep membership records accurate, and help make every member feel welcome and valued. Previous experience in a golf or sporting club is an advantage, but not essential.

About you

- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)



and database systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Work well as part of a team and confidently work independently
- Be well organised and able to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Communicate and liaise effectively with relevant departments
- Have a good knowledge of golf (an advantage)
- Be available for occasional weekend, evening and event work
- Working hours up to 10hrs per week
- previous experience with MiMembership software will be highly regarded (not essential)
