Project Management

- Lead NPD, renovation and line‑extension projects from concept through to launch and post‑launch review.
- Manage projects through the Stage Gate process, including governance, gate submissions, approvals and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and manage project timelines, critical paths, risks and mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to successfully deliver projects.

- Conduct post-launch reviews and evaluate performance against agreed commercial, customer and project objectives, incorporating learnings into future initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, Stage Gate disciplines and ways of working to improve clarity, accountability and speed to market.

- Proven experience managing brands, delivering commercial growth and leading NPD projects from concept through to launch and post-launch review.
- Solid understanding of Stage Gate processes, project management, timeline development, critical path management and risk mitigation.
- Experience leading projects through major retailer ranging and launch cycles, with Woolworths, Coles and Foodservice experience highly regarded.
