The Role

Millennium is seeking an experienced and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and service delivery across our client site.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in daily operations,



supporting a team, and making a positive impact through strong leadership and attention to detail.

You will play a key role in coordinating cleaning activities, supporting team members, maintaining client standards, and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

ROSTER

Mondays through Fridays from 6:00 to 14:36

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, support and motivate a team of cleaners
- Coordinate daily cleaning operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Allocate duties, manage priorities and conduct regular quality checks
- Monitor cleaning standards and ensure client requirements, KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to team members
- Complete hands-on cleaning duties when required
- Manage rosters and assist with shift coverage as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are safe and operational
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of cleaning supplies
- Respond professionally to client requests, feedback and concerns
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks (TBTs) and support ongoing safety practices
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members




- Take appropriate action when managing incidents, hazards or workplace issues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role
- Robust commercial cleaning experience
- Experience leading, training and supporting a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A customer-focused approach with experience managing client relationships
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment and industry standards
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Experience with roster management, stock control and toolbox talks
- Basic computer and mobile application skills
- The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- A valid driver's licence
