About the role
Advance your security career with MSS Security as an Escort Security Coordinator at a high-profile Data Centre in Melbourne. Take a leading role in coordinating escort operations, guiding Security Officers and upholding strict security procedures.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Escort Security Officers to ensure operational requirements and site procedures are consistently met.
- Monitor officer attendance, maintain accurate records and address performance issues as required.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication with management.
- Ensure identification and access authorisations are verified before visitors enter restricted areas.
- Ensure visitors remain under continuous escort and within the officer's line of sight while in secure areas.
- Maintain accurate visitor access logs in accordance with site security procedures.
- Support daily operations by reinforcing compliance, accountability and professional standards across the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a security leadership, supervisory or coordinator role.
- Prior data centre experience is highly regarded.
- Must be an Australian Citizen .
- Willingness to obtain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance .
- Valid Victorian Security Licence.
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Master Licence Number: 409-987-30S
