For Purpose Aged Care is expanding with a brand-recent 180-bed aged care home in South Bunbury. We seek a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead daily clinical activities for a team of RN/EN/PCA, partnering with the Residential Manager to set up high-quality systems and ensure exceptional resident care.
This is a permanent part-time weekend role (Saturdays and Sundays) starting November 2026. You will shape clinical processes, mentor staff, support commissioning, and help establish a compassionate care
