We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Doncaster East team on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work within a supportive firm that values collaboration, professional development and excellent client service.
About the role
You will handle conveyancing matters across residential, commercial, industrial and off-the-plan properties, working independently and alongside our lawyers and conveyancing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements.
- Preparing and reviewing Statements of Adjustments.
- Preparing and managing PEXA workspaces, including settlement documents and financial settlement schedules.
- Completing duties transactions through SRO Duties Online.
- Coordinating settlements and keeping clients informed throughout their matters.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other legal representatives.
About you
You will ideally bring:
- At least three years’ conveyancing experience.
- Experience using PEXA and SRO Duties Online.
- Experience with LEAP, preferably.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a personable approach to client service.
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently, while contributing to a collaborative team.
