Top Cut Foods is looking for a Training Coordinator - Production at the Ormeau Head Office to own site training, induct current employees and manage apprenticeship pipelines across the plant.

You will build competency matrices, training needs analyses and the future talent pipeline for production teams, developing plans and materials, and leading toolbox talks while partnering with HR and the Senior Leadership Team to enhance safety, quality and capability.
