About the role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to drive marketing activity across the business. We also welcome applications from candidates based in Sydney and Brisbane for this role

This is a hands-on role covering campaigns, content, social media, photo and video content, events, lead generation and sales enablement. You'll work closely with the General Manager, sales team and product specialists to turn business priorities into marketing activity that generates engagement and supports growth.

You'll also work alongside our Group Digital specialists across websites, SEO, analytics and digital platforms, giving you access to specialist expertise while you focus on delivering great marketing.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels

Create engaging content for email campaigns, social media and print materials in collaboration with product specialists within the company

Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives, including Capture, create and edit photo and video content

Manage e-commerce and website content in collaboration with the Group Digital team

Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results





Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency

About you

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with a practical, results-focused approach.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or similar role

Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels

Solid content creation and copywriting skills

A good eye for design and experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud

Photography, videography and video editing skills would be a significant advantage

Experience supporting lead generation and sales initiatives

Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different stakeholders

Industry experience is advantageous, but we're more interested in robust marketing fundamentals, creativity, curiosity and the ability to quickly understand our customers and market.
