Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to visit NDIS participants in homes across Cessnock, the Hunter Valley and Maitland. You'll work independently in the community with a multidisciplinary team in support.

Responsibilities include wound care, catheter management, PEG feeding, medication administration and continence assessment, with a pathway to full time as caseload grows.
