Skills & Attributes:

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Self-motivated, proactive and confident taking initiative.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in business, leadership and achieving results.

About the Role

As Assistant Club Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our club.





You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, creating exceptional member experiences and supporting the team to maintain the high standards we’re known for.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is motivated by achieving goals and is excited by the opportunity to develop into a leadership role.
