Kinetic IT is seeking a Reporting Specialist embedded onsite with a Federal Government workplace in Sydney or Canberra. You will own the delivery of accurate monthly and ad hoc service reports across Helpdesk and Infrastructure, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs is clear and actionable.

You will build Power BI dashboards and templates, validate data from diverse sources including HP Service Manager, and help define measurement methods.
