You will lead safety and compliance across our centres, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and coach staff to embed a safety-first culture.

With 3+ years in safety leadership and a current QLD Working with Children Check, you will analyse data, perform audits, manage regulatory reporting, and support centre openings to meet standards
