At Nutri-Tech Solutions, we're looking for a capable, experienced finance professional to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone transitioning towards retirement, seeking a better work-life balance, or simply wanting to continue using their financial expertise without the pressures of a full-time management position.

About the role

Working alongside our management team, you'll take responsibility for overseeing our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring our accounts are accurate, our reporting is reliable, and our financial systems run smoothly.

We value practical experience, sound judgement and the ability to work independently. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge, improve processes and help guide the financial management of an established and growing Australian business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing general ledger integrity and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Assisting with budgeting, cash flow management and financial forecasting.
- Managing and reviewing accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
- Overseeing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Reviewing payroll, superannuation,



GST and BAS reporting requirements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Working within Oracle NetSuite, including reviewing transactions, financial reporting and improving accounting processes.
- Liaising with management, external accountants and other professional advisers.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline systems, improve controls and increase efficiency.

What we're looking for

We're more interested in your experience, capability and approach than your formal qualifications or career ambitions.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Extensive experience as a Financial Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Controller or Senior Bookkeeper.
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- A strong understanding of Australian accounting practices, GST, BAS and payroll obligations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Strong Excel skills and an ability to interpret and communicate financial information.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to share your knowledge.

Experience in manufacturing, inventory accounting or a growing privately owned business would be particularly valuable.
