We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Assembly Workers to join a busy manufacturing team based in Silverwater. This is a casual ongoing opportunity with consistent Monday to Friday hours and the potential to progress to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.
Working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment, you will be involved in assembly, production, quality control, packaging, and general factory duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of manufactured products and components
- Following manufacturing processes and production standards
- Monitoring quality and identifying faulty or non-conforming products
- Packaging finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general production and factory duties as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
- Experience working with HVAC ducting or sheet metal duct manufacturing (essential)
- Ability to follow instructions and work to production standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and OH&S; requirements
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
