COMPANY
My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
Due to organic growth this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of an assistant preconstruction manager.
(Previous experience on Industrial sector projects would be ideal but not essential).
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this Assistant Preconstruction Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer or similar.
- Previous experience on building sector projects
- Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects
- Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential. For example also open to consider candidates with experience working for sub contractors (Such as earthworks) or also design consultancies).
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
LOCATION
Role will be predominately office based also with 1 -2 days remote working.
