We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic people for casual roles including Café staff, Chef, and Boat staff. Whether you enjoy creating delicious food, delivering friendly café service or helping guests enjoy a memorable harbour cruise, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Providing friendly, professional service to guests across our café, events and vessels

Preparing and serving food and beverages

Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to a high standard for café service and events

Assisting with the setup, service and pack-down of functions and cruises

Keeping work areas clean, organised and well presented

Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

Working as part of a team to ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience

Assisting with other duties across our venues and vessels as required

About you

Previous hospitality experience, which is essential

Experience working on boats on Sydney Harbour or in a café,



which will be highly regarded

Relevant cooking experience for the chef position

A positive attitude and a robust work ethic

Excellent customer service and communication skills

The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

A willingness to work across different venues, vessels and events

Flexibility to work a casual roster, including weekends and evenings as required
