Myleaf is seeking an experienced Dynamic Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in our Stones Corner, Queensland location. As the Pharmacist in charge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the protected and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to patients, and contributing to the overall healthcare and wellbeing of the community. You will be leading a team of up to 5 staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within our expanding organization.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately dispense and distribute prescription medications in a timely and efficient manner for both in person pick up and shipments
- Receive, inventory and log shipments.
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients, addressing their medication-related needs and concerns
- Monitor patients' medication regimens, identify potential drug interactions or adverse effects, and collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any issues
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals,



such as physicians and nurses, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Stong leadership skills with a focus on contribute to the training and development of pharmacy technicians and interns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry

What we're looking for

- Must be AHPRA registered
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Pharmacist in a community or hospital setting
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Be proficient in the use of pharmacy software and electronic medical record systems
- Display a commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care
