Silver Birch Care is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to lead and support a team, ensuring high standards of care for children and young people. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to maintain secure, structured environments and drive ongoing care planning and development.

The role requires Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to pursue). A UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
