Anodyne is a specialist clinic offering advanced treatments for chronic pain and treatment-resistant mental illness. We are growing across multiple centres in Australia, and we are recruiting Medical Receptionists and Senior Medical Receptionists for our Subiaco clinic.

The work
Day to day, you will:

Book appointments and theatre procedures, and keep patients informed and at ease

Keep medical records current, with tests and correspondence uploaded on time

Process billing for private patients, DVA, health funds and third parties (workers compensation and insurance)

Coordinate referrals with GPs and specialists

Keep the front desk running smoothly and professionally

About you

Experience as a medical receptionist or in administration, ideally in a specialist practice

Strong communication, in person and over the phone

Excellent organisation and time management

Confidence multitasking, working independently and as part of a team

A positive attitude and a commitment to patient care
