Workfast is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Sydney team. This casual position offers an ASAP start with potential to go full time in early 2027.
Pay is $45-$50 per hour + super, based on experience, with 38+ hours weekly until the end of 2026 and a path to full-time employment in 2027. Ideal candidates have experience in labour hire recruitment across civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing, and are comfortable with site visits and onboarding processes.
