Purchasing Assistant - Food and Beverage

The Chance

Step behind the scenes and help keep the fun in motion! As our Purchasing Assistant, you’ll assist with the day-to-day purchasing needs of Food and Beverage stock across the business. Your attention to detail will help ensure our teams have what they need to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Ready to keep the good times in stock and the orders on track? You’ll be:

- Reviewing Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and issue to suppliers
- Updating Purchase Orders with amended delivery dates
- Reviewing and investigating outstanding Purchase Orders and close off where required
- Liaising with VRL Shared Services regarding purchase orders to avoid discrepancies.
- Formulating and issuing reports to the business to improve the P2P process.
- Updating supplier quotes and product information into the SAP system
- Investigating and resolving any supply queries with suppliers
- Liaising with team members to ensure all delivery requirements are met.
- Always ensuring the highest level of customer service when working with both internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For

Got a knack for keeping stock, systems and details perfectly aligned? You’ll bring:

- Experience in supply chain/stock replenishment would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
- Highly developed problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills,



with competency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
