About the Job

Our client, a leading global fintech brand, is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their high-performing digital marketing team on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering CRM campaigns and supporting web content updates across customer-facing digital channels. You'll work closely with campaign, creative and technical teams to build, deploy and optimise CRM communications, while also helping maintain and enhance key web experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a CRM professional who enjoys being in the platforms every day, building customer journeys, creating audience segments, QA'ing campaigns and ensuring flawless execution across email, push and web.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

- Building and deploying CRM campaigns, journeys and triggered communications within Iterable
- Creating and managing audience segments in Hightouch based on campaign requirements
- Supporting the delivery of email, push notification and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Conducting campaign QA across devices, browsers, email clients and dark mode environments
- Creating and managing campaign tracking links and deep links
- Executing A/B tests to improve campaign performance and engagement
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reporting on opens, clicks and conversions
- Building and maintaining website content and landing pages using CMS platforms including Builder.io and Contentful
- Translating Figma designs into functional web experiences
- Testing and QA'ing web content updates prior to release
- Supporting SEO initiatives and ongoing website content optimisation
- Managing digital assets used across CRM and web activities
- Following established production processes and maintaining documentation where required

About You





We’re looking for a hands-on CRM and digital marketing professional who enjoys campaign execution, problem solving and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll likely bring:

- 2-4 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing or marketing automation
- Experience working within CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or similar
- Experience building customer audiences, segments and campaign journeys
- Basic HTML experience, particularly within email marketing environments
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) for web content publishing and updates
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign optimisation techniques
- Familiarity with GA4 and digital performance reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline

- Exposure to SEO initiatives and web optimisation
