Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Support Worker for SIL homes in Hervey Bay and Maryborough. You will help people with disabilities live independently, supporting daily living skills, personal care, meal planning and community activities.

The role requires comfort with a 7-day roster (sleepovers/active awakes) and working in SIL homes. A Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous, along with WWC/NDIS checks and a valid driver’s license.
