AR Developments is growing, and we're looking for experienced Landscape Leading Hands and Qualified Landscapers to join our in-house landscaping team.

Working across our master-planned townhouse developments throughout Ripley, Springfield and Logan Reserve, you'll help deliver the final touches that turn construction projects into places people are proud to call home.

Whether you're an experienced Leading Hand looking to lead and develop a crew, or a trade-qualified Landscaper ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be involved in all aspects of landscape construction, including:

- Retaining walls
- Paving and hardscaping
- Turf and irrigation works
- Planting and soft landscaping
- Reading and interpreting plans




- Operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Delivering high-quality finishes

For Leading Hands, additional responsibilities include:

- Coordinating daily site activities
- Leading crews on-site
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Supporting safety and project outcomes
- Mentoring and developing team members

About You

We're looking for people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about quality outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent)
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team

Leading Hand applicants should also have:

- Previous experience leading landscaping crews
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to coordinate work and motivate others
- Additional licences and machinery tickets will be highly regarded.
