Maxima Group Training is seeking 2–3 Duty Managers to oversee operations at The ARC Campbelltown. The role focuses on safe, effective centre operations, leading Lifeguards and staff, and delivering high-quality customer experiences in a busy aquatic and recreation environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Aquatics, Recreation and Facilities, you will manage day-to-day activities, safety procedures and shift handovers, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
