Reporting to the Head of Retail ANZ, we’re seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead retail operations across the Pacific region. As a senior member of the Retail Management Team, you’ll oversee stock control, drive sales performance, optimise conversion and operational efficiency, elevate store standards, and support a motivated, high‑performing retail workforce.
This position is open to candidates located in Melbourne or Sydney.
What you'll do:
- Oversee inventory control, stocktakes & shrinkage management
- Build efficient rosters using traffic analysis to optimise conversion & wage spend
- Ensure Area Managers complete store visits, audits & training requirements
- Manage store operations including cash handling, expenses & OHS compliance
- Provide first‑level retail IT support and lead Aptos implementation
What you'll bring:
- State or national retail management experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales budgets
- Strong inventory & POS knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate retail teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate IT and MS Excel skills
- A determined, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence
