Job Prospect: Cafe All-Rounder to Jojo’s on Victoria

Location: Victoria Street, Warwick

Jojo’s on Victoria is a local favourite known for our warm atmosphere, great coffee, and friendly service. We’re on the lookout for a reliable, enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder to join our vibrant team!

About the Role:

As a Cafe All-Rounder, you'll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations—bringing energy, professionalism, and great customer service to every shift. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who loves variety and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food and Beverage Preparation: Crafting specialty coffee, preparing and serving both hot and cold food, and ensuring quality presentation of all items.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders with a smile, serving food and drinks, and making sure every guest feels welcome.
- General Cafe Operations: Keeping the cafe clean and tidy, helping manage stock, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Support for Management:



Assisting with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and helping the manager ensure smooth daily operations.
- Teamwork and Communication: Working closely with colleagues, sharing responsibilities, and contributing to a positive and fun team vibe.

What we’re looking for:

- Customer-Focused Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills.
- Coffee Knowledge: Basic barista skills and a love for good coffee.
- Food Prep Experience: Confidence in preparing simple meals and snacks.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure.
- Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude: Motivated, energetic, and always ready to lend a hand.

Experience Required:

Previous hospitality or cafe experience is highly regarded, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Availability:

We’re looking for someone with flexible availability across weekdays and weekends. Part-time or Casual hours available depending on experience and fit.
