Goal Indigenous Services are seeking Trainee Customer Field Technicians in Victoria.This is a hands-on, field-based role that offers variety & independence, with each day bringing new locations across North, West & East Melbourne via the Clayton South depot, challenges, & opportunities to learn. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both indoors & outdoors, including at heights, in confined spaces, & handling tools & equipment as part of the role.
This is an Indigenous Identified role.
Responsibilities:
- Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship to be a Customer Field Technician.
- Help connect customers to the internet across a range of NBN technologies.
- Install new services, maintain network infrastructure & troubleshoot faults.
- Participate in safety toolbox meetings.
Essential:
- Driver's License.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Competent using a tablet device.
