Headland Golf Club, one of the Sunshine Coast's leading golf clubs, is seeking a talented, welcoming and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This position is offered as a Part-Time role.

Headland Golf Club is one of the premier golf clubs on the Sunshine Coast. We boast a thriving membership at its capacity (1000), restaurant, bar, quality 18 hole golf course and practice facilities.

The successful candidate will have proven and practical hospitality skills, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and have extensive hospitality experience with an appreciation for golf desired.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

A current Queensland RSA

Experience in a similar role

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills

Ability to work individually and in a team setting

Organisational skills

Initiative and multi tasking skills

Key responsibilities will include:

Reconciliation of bar takings and floats

Ordering of bar stock when required

Supervision and direction of all other bar staff
