Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) in Adelaide is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for the Transitional Program in Paediatric Renal. The role focuses on high-quality inpatient, outpatient and community paediatric nephrology services and includes education and research within the Renal Unit.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team and help ensure smooth transition of adolescents from paediatric to adult healthcare, with a robust emphasis on patient-centred care and safety.
