CBUS Super Fund is seeking an Organisational Development Lead in Melbourne to develop and evolve frameworks enabling our people to perform, grow and build careers. You will work with senior leaders across People & Culture to translate priorities into practical, embedded strategies.

You will lead engagement, design initiatives and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Organisational Development Manager in a full time, 12‑month contract base.
