What you’ll be doing





You’ll take ownership of your sales opportunities and deliver a premium buying experience at every stage:

- Build rapport with showroom visitors, online enquiries and phone prospects.

- Understand each client’s needs and connect them with the right vehicle.

- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that demonstrate your product knowledge.

- Negotiate confidently, close effectively and consistently achieve sales targets.

- Keep your pipeline moving through proactive follow-up and accurate CRM records.

- Coordinate memorable handovers and build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

- Bring energy, professionalism and a collaborative attitude to the showroom.

What you’ll bring

Proven prestige automotive sales experience is essential. You’ll have a track record of converting opportunities into sales while earning your clients’ trust.

We’re looking for:

- Experience selling luxury, prestige or performance vehicles.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, supported by measurable results.

- The confidence and awareness to work with discerning buyers.

- Professional presentation, clear communication and excellent attention to detail.

- A proactive approach to prospecting, follow-up and building your own client base.

- Genuine enthusiasm for cars and the knowledge to hold a meaningful conversation about them.

- A warm, engaging personality—you take your work seriously and enjoy being part of a team.
