We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full Time Gelatissimo Artisan to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Gelatissimo Artisan, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and producing fresh gelato to Gelatissimo standards.
- Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service.
- Assisting customers with flavour selections and recommendations.
- Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Keeping display cabinets clean, stocked and looking their best.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Managing ingredients, stock rotation and daily production requirements.
- Working efficiently during busy periods, including theatre events.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming setting.
- Supporting the team with daily operations.

- Hospitality or retail experience is a plus
- Communicates clearly and confidently with customers

- Passionate about sweet treats - especially gelato
- Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Presents well and demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential)
