Real Food Worx in Cowra, NSW is looking for a Barista/Front of House person to join our busy cafe on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work. You’ll focus on making exceptional coffee, delivering friendly customer service, and using a POS system.

Ideal candidates are reliable, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in quality coffee and service. This long-term permanent position offers opportunities to develop skills in a supportive, inclusive cafe setting.
