Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven High-Volume Retail Recruiter to join a passionate team on a temporary basis, based in Ryde.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and attracting quality talent across retail operations.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of retail vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while meeting tight deadlines and business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume retail positions, from job advertising through to offer and onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, recruitment priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate interviews,



reference checks, pre-employment checks and offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within retail or a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities.
- Solid candidate sourcing, screening and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work at pace, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
