With a strong pipeline of residential projects across Brisbane's northside, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast, the business is looking for quality tradespeople who take pride in their work and want to be part of a good team.

You'll be working across residential air conditioning installations, with projects ranging from individual homes through to large townhouse developments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:





- Installing split and ducted air conditioning systems
- Rough-ins, fit-offs and commissioning
- Residential servicing and maintenance as required
- Working alongside apprentices and other qualified tradespeople
- Managing your daily workload and maintaining quality standards
- Supporting the delivery of projects safely and efficiently

Ideally, you'll have:

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Relevant refrigerant handling and trade licences
- Experience in residential air conditioning installations
- A current driver's licence
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude

We’re also interested in speaking with experienced air conditioning installers and dual-trade electricians with relevant installation experience.

If you’re an experienced technician who enjoys running jobs, mentoring apprentices or coordinating installations, there are opportunities to progress into Team Leader, Senior Installer and potentially Operations Management positions.
