This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and can make confident decisions under pressure.About the RoleAs a Concrete Allocator / Scheduler, you'll be the link between our customers, drivers, plants, and operational teams. You'll coordinate daily concrete deliveries, manage changing priorities, and ensure our customers receive the service they're counting on.No two days are the same. One minute you'll be scheduling a busy morning pour, the next you'll be responding to weather changes, traffic delays, plant issues, or last-minute customer requests.If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where every decision has an impact, you'll thrive in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and allocating concrete deliveries across our networkManaging fleet utilisation and delivery efficiencyMonitoring daily operations and adjusting schedules in real timeSupporting customers with orders, enquiries, and changesCommunicating with drivers, batch plants, sales teams,
