You will support a sociable NDIS participant with daily living activities, personal care and community participation, following individualised plans and ensuring NDIS-compliant documentation.
Ideal candidates have disability support qualifications and NDIS experience, with First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work independently within a supportive Stream Services team.
