The Role – Your Day-to-Day

This is a predominantly out-of-office, field-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence and being on the move.

Working closely with our experienced Property Management team, your key responsibilities will include:

Entry Condition Reports – Conducting thorough entry inspections and preparing detailed, accurate condition reports.

Exit Condition Reports – Completing comprehensive exit inspections, identifying discrepancies and documenting property conditions.

Rental Open Homes – Conducting professional property viewings and private inspections for prospective tenants.





Prospective Tenant Enquiries – Providing excellent customer service and assisting prospective tenants during property viewings.

Property Visits – Attending properties for key handovers, follow-ups and other out-of-office appointments as required.

Team Collaboration – Working closely with our Property Managers to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and exceptional service.

No routine inspections! This position is specifically focused on entry and exit inspections, rental viewings and associated field-based responsibilities.

You'll have the independence to manage your daily appointments while knowing you have an experienced team behind you for support.

5-day working week, rostered between Monday and Saturday.

Predominantly field-based, with our office located in Redcliffe.

Travel throughout South East Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, bayside areas and Toowoomba region.

Take-home company vehicle provided, including fuel and tolls.

About You – What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of property management and is ready to take the next step.

To be successful, you'll have:

Minimum 12 months' experience within residential property management, ideally in a Junior or Assistant Property Manager position.

A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.

Experience completing entry and exit condition reports.

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

The confidence and ability to work autonomously and manage your own daily schedule.

Qualified communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

A positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to contribute to the wider team.





Confidence using property management software and technology.

Flexibility to travel throughout our service areas and work a five-day roster between Monday and Saturday.
