Metro North Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service (GARS) at STARS in Brisbane. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adults requiring rehabilitation and geriatric services, supporting health, independence and quality of life throughout their rehabilitation journey.
