Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Trainer to support Victorian services during a period of growth. This fixed-term, field-based role requires travel across our centres, coaching educators to embed safeguarding best practices and drive improvements.
The role focuses on strengthening safeguarding, compliance and quality, with hands-on coaching on the floor and collaboration with leaders to maintain high child-safety standards. Immediate start is anticipated.
