RecruitShop seeks a service leader to manage a team of technicians and support staff in a leading international hoist manufacturer. You will oversee repair, maintenance and warranty work, deliver skilled after-sales support and drive customer retention.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage scheduling, KPIs and customer feedback while ensuring WHS compliance. This is a Monday–Friday role with training and growth opportunities.
